At Cucire, we process orders promptly within 5-10 working days upon notification. Enjoy free delivery via courier services for all orders.

Please note that the processing duration mentioned above does not include shipping time. For orders within the UAE, expect an additional 1-2 days for delivery once the order has been dispatched from Cucire.

We regret to inform you that cash on delivery is not available at this time.

To keep you updated on the status of your order, a tracking number will be provided once the shipment has been processed from our end.

International Orders

At Cucire, we're dedicated to serving all our customers worldwide with no shipping costs. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to make your shopping experience seamless and affordable.

All orders are processed within 10 working days from the date of payment confirmation. Please note that we do not offer cash on delivery services.

Please be aware that the processing duration mentioned above does not include shipping time. For international shipments, an additional 3-7 days may be required for delivery, depending on the destination country.

Once your order has been dispatched from Cucire, please allow an estimated time of arrival (ETA) of 5-10 days for international delivery, subject to customs clearance procedures.

To keep you informed about the status of your order, a tracking number will be provided once the shipment has been processed from our end.

Delivery Terms

If you're not available to receive your package, the courier will assess if it's safe to leave it. If not, they'll make another attempt at delivery and may contact you for further arrangements.

Kindly be aware that failure to collect your parcel may incur a delivery charge and a shipping fine, especially as we offer free shipping.

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages. If you didn't receive a delivered package with proof of delivery, please file a complaint with your local courier.

Cucire is not responsible for missing parcels due to customer or carrier errors.

Delivery Delays

During busy sale periods, Ramadan Eid, or new collection launches, delivery may occasionally extend beyond specified timeframes. Unfortunately, we're unable to compensate for unexpected delays once the item has been dispatched from our warehouse. Please understand that these delays are beyond Cucire's control.


Transit Time Domestically
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 1 - 2 days

Transit time Internationally
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 3 - 7 days. 


Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 10-12 business days of confirmation of order. We operate all days standard business hours (10am - 7pm ), except on national holidays during which the Cucire production team will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time only before the order has been dispatched.


Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us through our email info@cucire.co so that we can conduct an investigation.

Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with us. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please email us at info@cucire.co

Sales Tax
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.

Import Duties & Taxes
Please note that Cucire LLC is not responsible for any customs duties or import taxes on international orders. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
